Gluten Free Recipes December 7, 2017 Share 31 Tweet Pin 1 This is our absolute favorite peanut brittle recipe. We love making it and passing it out as gifts during Christmas time! Our homemade peanut brittle always turns out like hard candy and sweet. The recipe comes from the Better Homes and Garden Cookbook (price check on eBay)… we love this cookbook and used so many delicious recipes from it. So much that a rubber band now holds all the pages together. 🙂 We’ve also been through our fair share of candy thermometers but we recently found a spatula thermometer which we would love to have but haven’t bought it yet. It’s perfect for making sure the thermometer doesn’t hit the bottom of the pan and extra useful since it doubles as a spatula. Watch the video below as Elisabeth shows us how to make homemade peanut brittle and demonstrates all the products.
